SEMS 62nd Annual Meeting

The SEMS 62nd Annual meeting will be held May 12-14, 2027 in Gainsville, FL, at the TBD.

The deadline for all abstracts (Ruska Competition and submitted papers) is  April 2, 2027. Submit through the form below.

Key Formatting Instructions

Example Abstract
  • Submit as a Word Document (.doc) or pdf with margins at 1 inch and single-spaced;
  • The title should be BOLD Type, 14-point font;
  • Skip one line;
  • Authors and affiliations are in Normal Type, 12-point font;
  • Skip one line;
  • Begin the abstract in Normal Type, 12-point font;
  • Acknowledgements at the end of the abstract, if applicable;
  • The abstract can be up to a full page in length;
  • Please name your submission as with your last name and requested presentation type, for example "smith_platform".
