SEMS 61st Annual Meeting

The SEMS 61st Annual meeting will be held May 11-13, 2026 in Athens, GA, at the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education and Hotel

The deadline for all abstracts (Ruska Competition and submitted papers) is March 31, 2026. Submit through the form below.

  • Submit as a Word Document (.doc) with margins at 1 inch;
  • The title is in BOLD Type, 14-point font;
  • Skip one line;
  • Authors and affiliations are in Normal Type, 12-point font;
  • Skip one line;
  • Begin the abstract in Normal Type, 12-point font;
  • Acknowledgements at the end of the abstract;
  • The abstract can be up to a full page in length.
